Shipping Policy

Standard shipping mode is By Road, unless otherwise specified.

You understand that shipping is chargeable and will be included in the invoice.

If the ordered product is available, it will be delivered within a minimum time of 5 working days and a maximum time of 14 working days.

If it is not delivered within the maximum time frame, please reach out to us via email for next steps.

If the ordered product is out of stock, then we will get it produced and dispatch it at earliest. We will keep you informed of the delay under such circumstance.

Tracking details will be communicated once the product is dispatched. Delivery time might be sometimes subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from courier partners and/or transporters.
